Documentation Once the student has been admitted to the university, documentation of the disability should be submitted directly to Disability Services. Documentation will then be kept on file and reviewed upon request after the student confirms to the university. Documentation is necessary for the determination of accommodations. Please note that a high school IEP is not adequate documentation to support accommodations since it generally does not provide the information necessary to determine services and/or testing accommodations at the postsecondary level. Documentation requirements are available upon request by calling 303-492-8671 (V/TTY). You may view them online at Documentation Requirements.
