		City Council Honors CU-Boulder's Phil DiStefano For Improving Town-Gown Ties Phil DiStefano, former interim chancellor of the University of Colorado at Boulder, was honored Aug. 1 by the Boulder City Council "for playing a key role in strengthening the relationship between the university and the city."

		CU-Boulder Program Attracts Science Majors To Teaching Careers A growing program at the University of Colorado at Boulder is working to combat an impending crisis brought on by a shrinking pool of new K-12 science teachers.

		CU-Boulder Center Of The American West Presents 'Tonight! Buffalo Bill!' Aug. 14 At Chautauqua Auditorium Two-time Grammy and two-time Emmy nominee Bill Mooney of Boulder will perform an original one-man show as famed frontier showman William F. Cody in "Tonight!
