Text messaging system put to test on first day of class
On Thursday, Aug. 23, CU-Boulder announced a new contract with a firm called Rave Alert, allowing campus officials to send emergency text messages at a

It was not that long ago that news of the Virginia Tech tragedy shocked and saddened the world and particularly those of us in higher education.
